Pregnancy Smoothie

(Sometimes in pregnancy, all that sounded good to me was smoothies.)


  • 1 banana, fresh or frozen
  • ½ cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
  • ½ cup blackberries, fresh or frozen
  • 2 cups almond milk (can substitute with other milk)
  • 1 tsp chai or flax seeds (optional)
  • 2 Tbsp peanut or almond butter
  • 2 Tbsp yogurt (plain, vanilla, or flavored)
  • 3-5 dates (especially beneficial during third trimester!)
  • 1 serving protein powder (optional)


Place ingredients in a blender and puree to desired thickness, adding milk when needed.  Place in your favorite glass and enjoy!
